It was a great value for money deal. The spa was a welcomed treat after doing a lot of walking. The sauna was great and the pool too. It’s a simple appartment but all I needed was there and it’s all pretty new. Yes you do have to do a few things before leaving like taking the sheets of and taking the trash out but it was very very reasonable. Had my deposit back within the same day. The ladies on the reception where friendly. If you are a good walker the location is great. Few min up the hill and then you have stunning views walking down to the beach. I would come back.

You can’t check into your room until 5pm but our room was ready so we checked in early. Friendly staff at reception. Nice clean well equipped apartment. Our room had 2 balconies overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool gets the sun all day until about 6.30/7pm. No problem ever getting a sun lounger at it. Fabulous indoor pool with sauna & steam room. Great to use on a rainy day! Small gym with treadmill, rowing machine etc (no free weights) The apartments are in a quiet location. 5 minutes walk (mostly uphill!) from a Carrefour Express supermarket. About 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Biarritz & a choice of beaches & surf schools nearby. Check out is 10am but there’s a room where you can store your luggage if you’ve an evening flight. All in all we enjoyed our stay here & would recommend.

Fabulous location - easy walk to the beach. Very clean and we took full advantage of the gym, pool, sauna and steam room. We had a large balcony which was nice for breakfast/drinks. Very comfortable bed and the electric shutters give complete black out for a good nights sleep. We would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in booking again.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Located a little way from the centre of Biarritz, a reasonable walk but also served well by local buses. The apartment building is also well located close to the Marbella and Cote de Basques beaches.

I liked so much about this place and would return again and again but there is no air conditioning and the rooms were so hot so unfortunately I wouldn't return based on this. If air conditioning was installed I would be back for sure.
